Clear Vision 1:1 Leadership & Development Coaching

Our process is about creating a winning game plan, not just a stand-alone fluffy mission statement. We focus on measurable scoreboards, not pie-in-the-sky fantasies.

Using our Peak Performance Learning Instrument, we uncover the constraints that are holding you back. Couple that with our high performance goal setting techniques and aggressive accountability and communication schedule, and we will create awesome futures together.

“Tony challenges you in a direct way, not in a confrontational way, He makes you realize you can do it even though you are not doing it and I appreciate that direct challenge because it made me realize I can do these things and even more!” – Nick Kenny, Boone County National Bank

During our interactions, we explore your current situation and alternatives for moving your organization forward. All our discussions are handled with the highest standards of confidentiality and trust. We start you on the path to getting more done in less time, creating greater impact in achieving your professional and personal goals. Change was never meant to occur alone. Our Clear Vision Personal Strategic Process is designed to get you on the path to your pre-determined parameters of success. Executives who engage with our 1:1 Leadership Coaching service frequently integrate some of the other Clear Vision services to address related challenges in the organization.

“It can be life-changing, people have certainly noticed something different, they are not sure what, but they know something is different and more positive about me”- Steve Smith, State Farm Insurance

Clear Vision Executive Leadership 1:1 Strategic Process

The Clear Vision Executive Leadership Strategic Process is designed with 5 distinct phases and 12 modules of tools, learning, training & coaching. In the first three months of our year long process, we focus on the formation of your game plan.

Module 1 -Debrief & Situation Analysis: We work through this process using a simple, yet powerful tool to determine clarity on the future together and decide on our communication plan.

Module 2 -Personal Constraints Analysis: Together we conduct this analysis using the Peak Performance Learning Instrument that helps determine constraints that may be holding you back.

Module 3 -Personal Clear Vision Roadmap: Collaboratively, we design a personal roadmap with high performance goal setting techniques designed to help you reach your desired future.

“Tony took me on a development journey that will forever change the way I view myself and others around me. He brings an expert knowledge and energy to each session, bringing up new ideas of thought, while hammering home the basics. I was very impressed with his access to measurement tools that were truly accurate. Tony demonstrated his experience by challenging me to greater growth, while providing plans & tactics for personal achievement.” -Gerritt Hane, Veterans United Home Loans

Using 4 other phases and 9 other modules, we design and work through a year long plan of goals and results to place you in position to achieve long-term clear desires. Outcomes include clarified thinking, outside perspective, new ideas for old problems and accountability for solutions and implementation.
