Who is this for: Businesses with less than 10 million who want to grow and scale

Who participates: 1 or 2 most senior leaders on team (additional seats extra)

Our Growth Circle Groups are the best way for smaller companies (1-2 leaders, less than 10 million) who want to scale their businesses by learning and implementing our tools and strategies. This program brings together the leader along with Tony & his team for strategy and execution work in a group workshop setting. You need a process to grow yourself and grow your business and this is it!

We will accept between 6-10 companies who will meet quarterly with 2 most senior members of the leadership team
We will meet quarterly in person for full 1-day sessions to do strategic thinking and execution planning and a two-day retreat in November for strategy planning for the next year.
You will start with assessments and interviews to understand your current issues and strategic position
You will have access to our team as needed in between sessions for questions or issues
Space is limited in each group, but once accepted, you will be welcomed into subsequent years
This is the most affordable path for smaller companies to get “big company” help
This program is designed for entrepreneurs and managers to make your dreams a reality. There are no magic wands we can wave over you and your business, you will need to work this program and execute to get the superior results our best clients enjoy. Your workshop day is a rare opportunity to get outside the day-to-day of your business to a place where big ambitions and dreams are normal and fresh perspectives and insights are commonplace. Just one or two discoveries and insights make the entire day worthwhile!

Everything we do in this program is structured for busy and active entrepreneurs. It provides a process for you to grow yourself, grow your team and grow your business. Not only will you focus and strategize about your most pressing issues, you will be in the room hearing from other non-competitive industries. This is a mastermind, teaching and execution group on rocket fuel!

Below are 10 Questions to help you assess if this is the program for you:

1. Do you have a clearly written & communicated CORE PURPOSE shared by everyone?

2. What are your CORE VALUES? How well do you reinforce them (employee hiring & development)?

3. Can everyone on the team articulate how your business makes money?

4. Does your whole team know your 1, 3 to 5 & 10 year targets?

5. Who is your Core Customer & are you reaching them effectively?

6. What 3 – 5 attributes differentiate you from your competition?

7. Do you have the right people in the right seats?

8. Do all team members have KPIs that are tracked weekly, quarterly & annually?

9. Do you have a detailed written budget, do all of your team members understand its key drivers & are you monitoring it regularly (e.g. monthly or quarterly)?

10. Do you have a ONE-PAGE-STRATEGIC-PLAN & is your team aligned around it?

Execution is at least half of your time in the program, the rest of your time is strategizing how to keep scaling up! You will walk away from each workshop day with tools, new capabilities and a plan with priorities to help you scale up your business and your team for the next 90 days after each session. Each quarter, you intentionally change the way you do things which empower you to expand and grow yourself and you business.

The investment: $9,450 First come, first served. If the group fills up, we will consider doing a second group.
