Clear Vision Team Transformation Process
Module 1- Organizational Constraints Analysis: We uncover key organizational constraints through a secure assessment of the organizations’ key strengths and challenges.
Module 2- Debriefing Session: A coaching session designed to pinpoint key constraints, then build a custom roadmap to break through barriers and maximize leadership capacities.
Module 3- Strategic Training: A two day training designed to clarify strategy with the team and increase your rate of execution.
Module 4- Individual and Team Behavioral Analysis: We use our Peak Performance Learning Instrument to develop individual coaching plans for each team member, giving them a roadmap for increased performance.
Module 5- Training Webinars: Through online training, we continue the training process with encouragement, support and accountability, creating an environment where your people can accomplish more.
