The Leadership Champions Workshop is a total leadership discovery experience. We believe that locked up inside you is a leader waiting to be released and this is our composite training to begin the leadership journey of excellence.
The Leadership Champions Workshop is a one-day training event where our leaders learn about themselves and others and enjoy a bonding experience with the smaller on-site group. The training runs from 8:30am to 4:30pm with frequent breaks and lunch provided.

Tony is conducting this monthly program as way of being accessible globally for those who need a place to start, and for those who want a boost in their personal or leadership development program.

Leadership Columbia is a program developed by the Columbia Chamber of Commerce and the Fair Missouri Foundation to identify, cultivate and motivate future community leaders. This informative and thought-provoking program introduces participants to the community, exposes them to its challenges and requires them to fully participate in the 12-session curriculum which ultimately supports the Chamber’s strategic initiatives and goals.
For the last three years, Tony has provided the leadership training component to this outstanding program. We have trained over 60 of the most outstanding emerging leaders through this program in the Columbia, MO Community and Chamber of Commerce.
Junior Leadership Columbia is a program to motivate students and develop their potential for community leadership by acquainting local high school juniors with the opportunities, realities and challenges of this community.
For the last two years, we have sponsored this outstanding leadership program for our area High School Junior Class leaders. This year, one of our Senior Partners, Ann Marie Quertermous is a co-Chair of the program.
