Everyone is in the people business, because we all deal with people every day. Not only do we deal with people, we also deal with their paradigms. A paradigm is simply the way in which a person views the world. It’s a series of filters in which they process everything around them, and it is through these paradigms we engage and disengage from others. When we engage and disengage correctly, we are productive. When we engage and disengage incorrectly, we can cause conflict and pain. This session is about how to become more effective in identifying the edges of these paradigms in order to enhance our relationships.
