After almost three decades of consulting, educating and speaking, Tabitha realized she needed to do something bigger in order to touch a greater number of people. She embarked on an exciting journey to help existing and future leaders excel, and organizations to survive and thrive. Her journey includes speaking at venues, coaching executives and writing the “Organization Culture Killers” series highlighting the most common “deadly practices.”
This book series combines Tabitha’s personal experiences, proprietary knowledge, solutions and shared learnings from some of the top leaders in the world to reveal many of the mistakes organizations make that jeopardize their potential for long‐term success and ways to improve. Her goal is to educate and motivate existing and future leaders to impact the positive and thoughtful change necessary to improve performance, quality of life and resiliency.
