Marsha Carteris Vice President and General Manager of Shelter Life Insurance Company. Marsha joined Shelter Insurance Companies in 1998 as a sales Agent in Colorado Springs, CO and was appointed to her current role as Vice President and General Manager of Shelter Life Insurance Company in early 2016. Prior to her career with Shelter Insurance Companies, Marsha gained experience in the insurance industry through her father’s Independent Insurance Agency while growing up in Southwest Kansas.
David Whelanis Vice President, retail banking manager at Commerce Bank for the Central Missouri and Hannibal region. Whelan has almost 30 years of banking experience, 15 of which have been with Commerce Bank. He is Missouri born and raised, graduating from Truman State University with a B.A. in Business/Corporate Communications.
