1. Exercise for 30 minutes 2. Read something relevant to your craft or to improve yourself for 30 minutes 3. Volunteer for something that moves you for 30 minutes 4. Spend 15 minutes with someone you absolutely love being around 5. Spend 15 minutes journaling
