On Thursday and Friday I attended the Small Agency Idea Lab with Second Wind in Orlando at Disney World.
All the presentations were outstanding, on Thursday morning, a CPA named Vince Dong gave a presentation on what to expect in 2016 especially regarding mergers and acquisitions. He mentioned two acronyms, one was VUCA and the other was DELI.
They both reflect the current state of change we are living in the business world today.
One mindset is VUCA: Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous
